Most tenancies at Unity Square last for between 44 and 50 weeks. This is because many of our tenants choose to go home for the summer.

But a lot of tenants also opt for Unity Square’s ‘Summer Stay’ option to give them some flexibility during the summer months.

Stay for the summer or store your stuff

During your tenancy, you have the option of applying for a ‘Summer Stay’. Instead of vacating the room, you can stay or store your things for the summer.

NOTE: If you do not apply for a Summer Stay at Unity Square, your room must be returned to its original state before you moved in.
