If you have signed and returned your contract you will be liable for the full rent for the duration of your tenancy unless you find a replacement to take over your contract.
If you are a first-year applicant and do not achieve the required exam results to attend a course in Liverpool, you will be released from your contract if you provide copies of your offer letter and proof of grades within 48 hours of receiving your exams results.
All successful applicants will receive a contract. If a signed copy is not received within 2 weeks from the date it was sent, along with proof of home address, two passport sized photographs and guarantor form, your room offer maybe withdrawn.
If somebody else is paying your room reservation fee please ensure they are aware of this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received in writing and addressed to the accommodation manager.
